WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Brand team is looking for a strong creative thinker who can help develop and run strategic communication, project flow, and create innovative solutions to support team success. The role is a mix of strategy, active problem solving, team workflow and communications management. This is a highly cross-functional role that is integral to the Creative and Brand team.

Your role will serve to better connect the brands team’s work to all aspects of the larger marketing team including content and social, creative, experiential brand, conferences, and employer brand and the broader organization. We want you to dig into the larger flow and understand the business to help inform your ideas, create good solutions, and serve as a connector. 

Within the role you will have the opportunity to present and lead team and cross functional meetings, assess resource allocation and budgeting, work collaboratively to develop team strategy, and collect feedback and communicate with key project stakeholders. The ability to both see the fine details and the big picture are essential to the role. We are looking for an experienced professional, who excels in a cooperative work environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and Manage the strategic flow of information (strategy meetings, trainings, project submission, content and media calendar etc) between all verticals of the marketing team. 
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to leverage best practices and continually drive process improvements, but work creatively to drive execution and simplification
  • Develop and execute creative solutions to address team needs and improve effectiveness
  • Lead projects from submission and requirements definition through completion, identifying schedules, scopes, resource estimations, and implementation plans. 
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure all benchmarks, strategies, and processes are on track and met
  • Analyze and manage the day-to day project flow, maintenance, and serve as the point of contact
  • Ensure all project stakeholders are engaged and sat
  • Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources and budgeting
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and benchmark standards and assessing risk. 
  • Refine and define larger team processes and producers to help improve communication and efficiency 
  • Review and report on successes and challenges for the team across projects and make recommendations for improvements
  • Assist in the management and communication with 3rd party vendors
  • Have ownership of and lead weekly/daily status and resourcing meetings for the team

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years in project management 
  • 2+ years of experience running or leading teams
  • Advanced knowledge of Monday.com
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite
  • Excellent project and time management abilities; can drive forward multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong concise communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an eye for detail
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other certifications is a plus
  • Experience working with a creative and marketing team
  • Willingness to be on-site at our headquarters in White Plains, NY at least 3 days per week

  • Pay Range: $85,000 – $110,000 annually
